New Orleans

Just one thought tonight. I was walking home, listening to my iPod, and an Arlo Guthrie song came on--"The City of New Orleans." It was incredibly sad listening to it. Such a good song to begin with, and now so incredibly poignant. It's hard to miss all the 'anniversary' coverage of Katrina, and hard to forget the event itself.

"Good morning, America, how are you?
Say, don't you know me,
I'm your native son?
I'm the train they call the city of New Orleans--
I'll be gone 500 miles before the day is done."
